Terms & nomination rules

These terms apply to nominations, enquiries and participation in BharatX Awards 2026 ("the Awards"), organised by Voro Ventures Private Limited ("the Organiser"). By submitting a nomination or attending, you agree to them.

1. Nominations

• Nominating is free. Individuals may nominate themselves or someone else.
• Nominees may be individuals, proprietors, partnerships, companies, startups or non-profits operating in India.
• A separate nomination is required for each category. The Organiser may move a nomination to a more suitable category.
• Nominations close on 30 November 2026 at 11:59 PM IST. Late nominations may not be considered.
• Information submitted must be true and accurate. Nominations with false, misleading or unverifiable information will be disqualified, even after selection.

2. Screening and selection

• Nominations are screened and verified by the Organiser and evaluated by an expert panel on impact, results, innovation, reputation and community contribution.
• The Organiser may request additional information or documents to verify a nomination.
• The decision of the panel and the Organiser is final. Individual scores and panel deliberations are confidential.
• Selected nominees will be informed by phone or email by 12 December 2026.

3. Registration after selection

• Selected nominees will be invited to complete a paid registration to confirm their participation in the ceremony. The fee, inclusions and payment terms will be shared with the invitation.
• Payment does not influence selection. Selection always comes first.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by the terms shared at the time of registration.

4. The event

• The Awards are invite-only. Entry requires a valid invitation and may require photo identification.
• The Organiser may change the venue, schedule, running order, guests or format where necessary, and will inform registered participants of material changes.
• Guests must follow venue rules and behave respectfully. The Organiser may refuse entry or remove anyone whose conduct is inappropriate.

5. Photography and media

The event will be photographed, filmed and covered by media and invited creators. By attending, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, organisation and category in event coverage and promotion by the Organiser and its partners.

6. Brand and intellectual property

The BharatX Awards name, logo and trophy design belong to the Organiser. Awardees may use the official winner/awardee mark for their own publicity in the form provided by the Organiser, without altering it.

7. Sponsorships and stalls

Sponsorship and stall bookings are confirmed only after a written agreement and payment. Deliverables listed on this website are indicative and are finalised in that agreement.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss or damage to personal belongings at the venue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
