Yes. Nominating yourself or someone else costs nothing — no hidden form fee. If our expert panel selects the nominee, they receive an invitation to complete a paid registration that confirms their place at the ceremony. Not selected means no fee, ever.
Absolutely. Most nominations are self-nominations. Choose "Myself" on the form and tell us your story the way you would tell a friend.
Yes. Choose "Someone else", add your details and theirs, and we will contact them directly. We will mention that you nominated them — that is often the best part.
Yes, but submit a separate nomination for each category and write the story for that category. The panel reviews each one on its own merit.
Every nomination is screened and verified, then scored by an expert panel on impact, results, innovation, reputation and community contribution. The panel's decision is final. Paying does not buy selection — selection comes first.
Nominations close on 30 November 2026. Selected nominees are informed by 12 December 2026 over phone and email. If we need more information, we may call you earlier.
No. BharatX Awards is invite-only. Seats go to selected awardees, chief guests, the expert panel, partners, media and invited creators.
